All units are ground level and have overhead doors for ease of entry and access to space.  Units are fire resistant steel and concrete construction. Our facility is surrounded by security fencing and lighted throughout the night.

      Whether you are storing Aunt Mildred's antique dresser or inventory records from 1995, having heat and airconditioning takes one more worry off your mind.  Your belongings will weather the most extreme conditions.  Wood expands and contracts with the temperature and humidity.  It also dries out.  Paper disintegrates quicker over time with big changes in temperature and humidity.  And mold grows in dampness.  Candles melt in the heat of summer.  Electronics just quit working.  Dust, dirt and bugs are more prevalent in standard units no matter what anyone does.  Anything that is temperature sensitive does much better in a temperature controlled unit, even for just one month.

      Building B is our newest answer to your need for storage. With an automatic door plus keypad security, you will find convenience and a safe place for your items.

Units are large, spacious and light in our completely renovated stone-walled building.  Any size moving van can be accommodated along side the building.
